WhatsApp Will Stop Working on Millions of Devices From Next Year

Whatsapp is back in new big announcement, The Facebook-owned instant messaging service (Whatsapp) announced Whatsapp will Stop Working on Millions of older mobile devices globally in 2020. The Facebook-owned company said, the first of these Windows Phone will be discontinued after December 31, then from February 1, 2020, any iPhone with iOS 8 or older will not be supported, along with any Android device running 2.3 or higher.

Whatsapp requirements for Android

Your Android phone must have  Android 4.0.3 or above. Your Android phone is able to receive SMS or calls during the verification process.

Whatsapp requirements for Windows Phone

Your Windows Phone is running Windows Phone 8.1+. Your Windows Phone is able to receive SMS or phone calls during the verification process.



Whatsapp requirements for Apple IOS

Your Apple Phone must have latest version than iOS 8. Your Android phone is able to receive SMS or calls during the verification process.
